OCB is made up of five primary dimensions, namely, altruism, civic virtue, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, and courtesy. Data are collected from 261 hotel employees in Danang city, Vietnam. Odinary Least Squares (OLS) are used to examine the impact of gender, generation, and marital status on OCB dimensions. The results show that there are statistically significant differences in civic virtue, conscientiousness, and sportsmanship between males and females while the significant impact of generation on altruism and conscientiousness is found. Moreover, although the results show that marital status significanly affects only civic virtue, interaction effects between gender and marital status in the relationship with conscientiousness and civic virtue are detected. Finally, managerial implications of these findings are discussed in the paper. Keywords: Organizational citizenship behavior, gender, generation, marital status, demographic factors, hospitality industry
