Therefore, the Russian Federation has proposed a number of main trends of migration policy to create a legal migration stream that contributes to solving problems in socio-economic development, demography and improving the quality of life of the people, ensuring the state security, protecting the national labor market, maintaining peace and consensus among ethnic groups and territories in Russian society
